In June I was very blessed to participate in two extraordinary workshops, Disconnecting From The Fear Matrix and Unity Strand, conducted by Flower of Life facilitator, Shari Billger. Shari is a certified acupressure and Holographic Repatterning practitioneer, body energy worker, and Reiki master teacher, using Spirit as guide. She also is an ordained non-denominational minister with the Universal Brotherhood, a published poet and artist, and teacher of meditation and experiential art therapy. She teaches tantra, leads workshops with Dolphin swims and Sacred Site tours. She is an all-around fascinating person. 
Both workshops were extremely liberating, as we went through Dynamic Meditation to drop the Ancient History and activate kundalini, disconnected from collective unconscious, discussed control and male/female issues. We found that inner place in our hearts where we can connect to the Infinite.
In addition, I learned a lot about working with people as I watched Shari handle many situations which arose over the course of the time she was in the Rochester area. Every once in a great while, you run into a teacher that embodies wisdom. This is one of them. I hope we can bring her back to Rochester for more workshops.
